Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, layouts, designs, templates, and printed material samples, is the exclusive property of iPrintSol Canada or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Client Responsibilities
By placing an order or submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own or have lawful rights to use all submitted artwork, designs, logos, and text.
- Your content does not violate intellectual property, trademark, or copyright laws.
- All order details, specifications, and contact information provided are accurate and current.
iPrintSol Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
Proof Approval
All print orders require client approval of digital proofs prior to production. Once approval is provided, the order is considered final. No modifications, cancellations, or responsibility for errors will be accepted after approval. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing proofs carefully, including spelling, layout, dimensions, margins, and color expectations.
Color & Print Variations
Due to differences in screen displays, paper stock, ink behavior, and printing processes, minor color and finish variations may occur. Such variations are industry-standard and are not considered defects.
Returns & Reprints
If an order is received with a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, clients must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Where applicable, corrective action may include reprinting the affected items. Refunds are not provided due to the customized nature of printed products.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Prices are listed in applicable currency (CAD/USD), and relevant taxes are applied at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
iPrintSol Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
iPrintSol Canada delivers fully customized printing solutions. As such, the following refund, return, and cancellation terms apply.
Refunds & Reprints
- All orders are printed strictly according to the approved artwork and specifications.
- Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence sent to care@iprintsol.ca.
- Upon validation of a production-side error, iPrintSol Canada will offer a complimentary reprint of the affected quantity.
⚠️ Refunds are generally not issued for custom printing orders except in rare cases where reprinting is not feasible.
Client-Provided Errors
- Errors resulting from client-supplied files, incorrect specifications, or approved proofs are not eligible for refunds or free reprints.
- Reprints in such cases will be processed at the client’s expense.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval.
- A 5% processing fee applies.
- Once production has commenced, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
Returns & Shipping
- If a reprint is approved, defective items must be returned within 7 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the issue is confirmed as an iPrintSol Canada error.

Shipping Coverage
We offer free standard shipping across Canada, the USA, Australia, and the UK. International destinations outside these regions may incur shipping charges based on size, weight, and destination.
Turnaround Time
Standard production and shipping timelines range from 8–10 business days, commencing after proof approval. Expedited printing and express shipping options are available upon request.
Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipment at the client’s expense.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed or refused shipments will be returned to iPrintSol Canada. Reshipping costs will apply.
Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs or regulatory processing
- Incomplete order details
We proactively communicate updates and work closely with logistics partners to minimize disruptions.
